This section offers property for sale in the most sought after areas in the Costa Brava and Empordà, such as Llafranc, Calella de Palafrugell, Tamariu, Begur, Pals, Platja d’Aro, etc.

The properties listed here are all privately owned by our previous clients or by contacts through them, who trust our professional approach to business. Our core business is project management and not selling properties. For this reason we remain independent, whilst enabling the seller to reach a wider audience for their product and managing the whole process in a transparent way.

Best Value for Seller and Buyer

As an independent Chartered Surveyor, we charge a fee to the seller for advertising on our site and managing the selling process. Our standard fee is included in the price of the advertised property and it is far less than the usual Estate Agents commission. It is for this reason that you may see the same properties advertised for sale on other sites at higher prices. This difference in price is your saving in real terms when buying through us, but there are other added benefits which are listed below.

All properties listed on this site have been inspected by an independent Chartered Surveyor (MRICS qualified) who is also an Arquitecto Técnico in Spain qualified at the COAAT of Girona. A Building / Structural Survey in plain English can be provided upon request. This service is included in the selling price of the property as long as the property is bought through us.

The conveyancing process will be carried out either by an independent British Chartered Surveyor based in the area or by an English-speaking lawyer. You may already have your own legal adviser with whom we would be equally happy to liase with. Please let us know, so we can take you through to the process smoothly.

We will prioritise advertising properties that private owners wish to sell. Therefore, you save 9% in tax. Note that you will pay 16% IVA (VAT equivalent) if you buy from a developer. Tax, registry costs and notary fees are not included in the asking price. As a guide you should assume an additional 10% but it will vary slightly depending on a number of factors which will be discussed during the buying process.
