At the Design Stage:

We can:

: Establish a simple and realistic budget

: Provide both a topographical survey and a geotechnical survey (if required)

: Produce a preliminary design according to the client’s brief (Proyecto Básico Visado)

: Prepare a full estimate (including all project costs)

: Monitor progress of the design to ensure it meets with budget expectations

: Apply for a building licence, deal with statutory requirements, and obtain planning permission

: Define a procurement strategy

: Select potential contractors based on their expertise and previous performance

: Produce a detailed design (Proyecto de Ejecución)

: Produce tender documents for the employment of main contractors and specialist contractors

: Evaluate the project in conjunction with service contractors, to ensure design and construction effectiveness

At Construction Stage:

: On site management of contractor (s)

: Chairing on site meetings followed by regular updates reporting to the client on performance and costs

: Co-ordinate payment to contractor (s)

: Agreeing any change in scope or specification with the client and any cost implications. Maintain a schedule of approved changes.
